SECUNDA – Spectators were kept entertained at the cage fighting extravaganza that was held at Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club on Saturday, 26 April.
Pro-am fighters got to show their strengths and durability in the cage while spectators cheered them on from around the arena that was packed and a good turnout was reported.
Locals look forward to the next cage fight matches that will take place on 5 July, 4 October and 6 December.
The results are:
* The winner of the Junior Flyweight was Lindo Tshangase of Super Warriors.
* The winners of the Featherweight was Josh Subel of Brad Bloch, Phumo Khoza of Panther Pride and JP Bezuidenhout of Mile High.
* The winner of the Lightweight was Cody Perry of Panther Pride.
* The winners of the Welterweight was Jan Hendrik Booysen of Rio Grappling, Joggie Venter of XKT Nelspruit and Eugene Petzer of XKT Nelspruit.
* The winners of the Middleweight was Anthony Cockerel of Brad Bloch, Jabulani Khoza of Super Warriors and Franco Van Staden of Mile High Pretoria.
* The winner of the Lightheavyweight was Braam Van Dyk of Mile High Pretoria.
