Graceland celebrates heritage during IFA Golf Cup

Players were invited to compete in the IFA Golf Cup held over two days

In celebration of Heritage Month, Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club hosted the annual IFA Golf Cup on September 24 and 25.

IFA means heritage in the Zulu tradition.

Players were invited to compete in a two-day event and a giveaway of cash and prizes to the value of R50 000.

The first prize went to Nzama Baloyi and Senzo Shabalala with second place going to Lester Fynn and Mxolisi Shirindza.

The third prize went to Zakir Rasool and Osman Moosa.

The closest to the pin on day one was Stephan Roux, with Irene van Jaarsveld claiming closest to the pin on day two.

The longest drive on day one went to Johan Combrink. Wihan Burger took the longest drive on day two.

The best-dressed team in their Heritage theme was Gae Burger and Tiaan Burger. The best-dressed team in the funky theme were Francois Posthumus and Dorothy Pieters.
