Food parcels: Social organisations run out of food, Sassa office in Evander can help

To qualify for a food parcel, you must be unemployed and receive a household income of less than R3 600.

Social workers at local charity organisations said people can now get food at the Sassa office in Evander.

A national initiative was launched where people can qualify to get a food parcel.

To qualify for a food parcel, you must be unemployed and receive a household income of less than R3 600.

Those interested can send an e-mail with their names and surnames, ID numbers, address and contact details.
