Here is Review’s rundown of what to stream on Showmax and Netflix this week.

POLOKWANE – Streaming services such as Showmax and Netflix have made it possible to watch your favourite series or movies on demand, whenever you want to.

This however makes it even more difficult to decide between the magnitude of options available – that’s where we come in.

Review has put together a list of shows you should stream on your favourite platform.

What to Watch this week on:

Showmax:

John Cena reprises his Critics Choice Super Award-nominated role as Peacemaker, the jingoistic killer fighting for peace at any cost – no matter how many people he has to kill to get it.

Movie: Kaalgat Karel

The third most popular movie at the South African box office in 2021, romantic comedy Kaalgat Karel follows a hapless streaker who must find a way to bear his soul rather than his backside in a bid to win the heart of a strait-laced single mom.

For the kids: The Loud House

A whole new season of this Emmy-winning series means more hilarity with eleven-year-old Lincoln Loud and his right-hand man Clyde as they try to survive Lincoln’s ten sisters, and life in the Loud house.

Netflix:

Series: Floor Is Lava

Teams compete to navigate rooms flooded with lava by leaping from chairs, hanging from curtains and swinging from chandeliers. Yes, really.

Movie: Interceptor

At a remote military base tasked with intercepting nuclear missiles, attackers try to breach the command center. One brave officer stands in their way.

For the kids: Kung Fu Panda 2
