“It teaches about the qualities you need to be a chef. The book consist of a variety of recipes which include African dishes and western treats. The book will teach you how to cook different and exciting meals for your family to enjoy.”

Mtileni promises that the book is a nice read and also encourages you to try new recipes. “I also wanted to share recipes with people who find cooking as part of their lifestyle to assist them in improving their cooking skills. I want to make sure that this book leaves someone with an understanding of cooking and also improves on those who already have skills in the kitchen,” he said. Mtileni added that he became a chef three years ago.

“I started working in the kitchen as a young unskilled man with a desire to cook. After honing my kitchen skills, I then decided to be a full time chef. I love working with food.” For one to be an excellent chef, “you have to be skillful, learn to work under pressure, be creative and also be able to handle criticism.”
