Bicep Curls

You stand with a dumbbell in each hand ensuring that your shoulders are close to your torso with your palms facing forward. Keep your upper arms stationery as you curl the weights up to shoulder level while contracting your biceps.

Jumping lunges

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, taking a step forward bending both knees at a 90° angle. Keep the torso upright and straight as possible. Push yourself off the ground, jumping and switch legs as you do so so that each time you land on the opposite leg.

Squats

Stand with feet hip-width apart then lower into a squat until butt is parallel to the floor with arms outstretched in front of you.

Split lunges

Stand with the feet hip distance apart. Keep your upper body straight, core engaged, with your shoulders relaxed, and your chin up. Step forward with your right leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
