SPCA Polokwane elects new board

The SPCA Polokwane elected its board for 2019/20 during an annual general meeting at Pietersburg Club on Monday afternoon.
The members are Enid Gouws, Selma Landman, Alfred Dlamini, Johann Erlank, Ronel Esterhuizen, Joyce van Niekerk, Debbie Mouton, Ansie de Kock, Timene Watt and Eddy Caldeira.
“No portfolios have been allocated as yet and we will only do so in the next two weeks,” outgoing interim chairperson Ansie de Kock said.
De Kock tabled the chairperson’s report for 2018/19 and said the society had experienced a very busy and positive year. “We praise the Lord for every opportunity to make a difference in an animal’s life and in the lives of the families that adopt animals and give a pet a new forever home of love and safety,” she said.
