#WFD – Creamy Ravioli and Broccoli bake

For all our vegetarians in the city, don't think we've forgotten about you.

POLOKWANE – People often categorise vegetarian meals as being drab, dull and boring because they think the cuisine consists solely of salads and vegetables alone but, that is not the case. There are many great vegetarian dishes out there, including the following one by What’s for Dinner.

This delicious pasta dish takes 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook.

Ingredients

  1. 1 x package ready made ravioli or any stuffed pasta of your choice
  2. 300 x g
  3. fresh broccoli florets, steamed
  4. 1 x container sour cream
  5. 400ml milk
  6. 1 x KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake
  7. 2.5ml Robertsons Cayenne Pepper
  8. 250ml mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Place uncooked ravioli, and steamed broccoli in a baking dish.
  3. Mix sour cream, Milk and KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake in a jug and pour over ravioli.
  4. Sprinkle with Robertsons Cayenne pepper and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 mins until cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Delicious!
