He wants to make sure his message of positivity is spread by encouraging others to take up the motivational speaker cloak and follow in his footsteps.

He gives the following advise to aspiring motivational speakers.

“I believe a motivational speaker is capable of giving school learners and or employees a fresh perspective on their life and work/school. To inspire them and boost overall morale.”

As an experienced motivational speaker, Lehlogonolo says one needs to create a human experience that awakens the audience and shines a light on the path ahead.

“The main aim of any motivational speaker is to provide inspiration from their own life experiences, relating that to the employees and the company’s goals. From my experiences in the past few years as a motivational speaker, I know and believe that the best speeches engage the minds and hearts of people and the best speakers cause each member in the audience to connect back to their highest purpose as human beings, as a team, or as a company,” he said.

He adds that being a successful motivational speaker means speaking from the heart. “There are motivational speakers that prefer writing their words/speeches down, but I prefer speaking from the heart and from my experiences in life because that’s how the audience will relate to you. With that being said, motivational speakers need to take in mind that when they do motivational speaking, they should preferably video tape/record their events so that they should look back on it in their free time,” he said.

He explains that within a few moments of the audience listening to your speech, they should know what you will be talking about. “Try using storytelling to get your point across. Know your target market and audience. Lastly, conclude your speech in a way that encourages your audience to engage, something that motivates and inspires your audience,” he added.

After realising that personal development and knowledge are vital for success and growth, being a testimony of it, Lehogonolo has compiled a disc which includes 12 beautiful and inspirational massages for individuals to listen to at the comfort of their own homes or while relaxing.

“In the discs I give motivation, inspirational guidelines to greatness in life. This disc will plug you into a success university and gives you go-to-guidelines for massive success and development,” he concluded.
