KingDMusic to release his new album in March
Denga KingDmusic Takalani (27), originally from Venda, has already released nine singles and a full album
POLOKWANE – Currently residing in Pretoria to pursue his music career, KingD is very passionate about music.
“I’ve always loved singing and performing and I also realised that I could write meaningful songs at a tender age of 12, so that really fueled my decision of pursuing a career in music. I mainly focus on Christian music because I believe that it’s a calling for me. I recorded my first professional studio single at the age of 14 and never looked back,” he added.

Throughout his music career, KingDmusic has performed at the Aula Theater at the University of Pretoria (UP), The Grand West Arena in Cape Town, Alexander Theater in Johannesburg (JHB), Centurion Theater in Pretoria, Olive Convention Center in Durban and the Mosaik Theatre in JHB, to name a few.
His album and singles have featured artists such as Takie Ndou, CJay Jansen and Tondi Rams. “I love working with them because I love their hearts for worship and for writing original music. One artist can learn a lot from another artist that sings the same genre songs,” he said.
KingDmusic is launching his new album on Saturday, 2 March at Grace Mission Church in Centurion.
