The staff of Polokwane Observer was treated to a delicious three-course meal by Bolivia Estate last Friday by way of thanking them for the work they do in the community. Polokwane Observer in turn thanked the establishment for their support throughout the year.
Bolivia Estate owner Dawie Botes expressed his gratitude towards the Polokwane Observer team and especially Managing Director Willie Esterhuysen for a long and mutually respected association.
“This occasion is just a small way of saying thank you and keep up the good work,” he said.
While the occasion was an opportunity for the staff to take a much deserved break after a challenging year there was also some sadness as Esterhuysen and his wife and the HR Manager, Elna bid the company farewell after 16 years.
“We know this team has what it takes to continue producing the excellent publications that our readers have become accustomed to,” they both agreed.
