Calling all tiny little beauty queens

Two exciting new beauty titles are being added to the Miss Limpopo stable in September when Tiny Miss Limpopo Princess and Little Miss Limpopo are launched.
Speaking on behalf of the organisers, coordinators Sarah Holloway Smith and Melanie de Wet said entries are already open and the titles will be launched at Meropa Casino and Entertainment World’s Fun Day on 8 September.
Holloway Smith explained that the Tiny Miss Limpopo Princess pageant is aimed at girls from four to six years while the Little Miss Limpopo title is for girls from seven to ten years. “Girls of this age frequently dream of being beauty queens or models and the idea behind these pageants is to give them some experience at an early age but also to keep the experience a fun one,” she further said.
De Wet added that the finalists will take part in fun learning mini-workshops designed to give them confidence and assist in their development. “We are very serious about the development and upliftment of young girls in our community,” De Wet further said.
There are prizes valued at some R160 000 and the Top 10 finalists of each title will also receive prizes.
