Mighty Men Conference coming up again

It is all systems go for the 8th Mighty Men Conference (MMC) in the Bushveld that is scheduled for 27 to 29 April 2018 on the farm Snymansdrift outside the city.
Member of the organising committee, Francois Brits, said to Polokwane Observer on Tuesday that he is confident that this year will again see thousands of Christians uniting in praise and worship and that he is looking forward to a very successful event. “MMC Bushveld will be free of charge for everyone again this year. Campers are welcome to arrive on the Thursday to prepare their campsites for the weekend. Running water and nice cold showers were erected for a crisp open-air shower to be enjoyed. Unfortunately no electricity is available and campers should bring their own generators, battery or gas equipment along. Controlled open fires for braais will be permitted,” Brits said.
According to Brits, a wide variety of meals and refreshments will be available and the MMC clothing shop will once again be a very popular attraction offering spectacular memorabilia.
“Ladies will not be allowed until the Sunday morning sermon that will be conducted by Angus Buchan. Africa Mhlope and Danie Oosthuizen will also be speakers and Rick van Wyk and Joe Niemand and his worship team will get the worshippers into the right spirit,” Brits added.
