Join in the fun to crush cancer

Everyone who has been affected by cancer knows how it can turn your life upside down. To help raise awareness, Chantel van Deventer, a volunteer at Cansa Limpopo, decided to host an unique event for all young people.

POLOKWANE – “I realised there are not many things to do in April and decided to host the Cansa Colour Clash. During this game there will be ‘cancer cells’ and there will be ‘cancer crashers’. The ‘cancer crashers’ will be given clues of who the ‘cancer cells’ are and where they might be. The ‘cancer crashers’ must trace and track down the ‘cancer cells’ and crash the cells with colour,” she explained.

Chantelle added there will be safe zones like a school, house and the Cansa offices as well as two elimination rounds of which the venues will be announced. People can enter as a team or individuals.

“It is a strategic, interesting and fun game.”

Registration for a team is R400 and R200 for individuals. For more information and to register, contact Chantel at 072 025 6341.
