Local teen beauty set to wow on national stage
Tlou Dinyake, a finalist for the Miss Teen Commonwealth South Africa 2017/18 title will be attending the finale in Gauteng on 16 February.
POLOKWANE – The 17-year-old from Penina Park who is currently completing her Gr 12 at Capricorn High School, is not new to the beauty pageant world or working on various community projects. “I have taken part in several community upliftment projects to raise money for the needy. Interacting with children to make them feel loved and cared for, is something close to my heart,” says Dinyake.
Review asked her what her plans for the future entail
“Should I win and be crowned Miss Common Wealth South Africa, I will ensure that I use the power of my title to influence business people with the power to help make a difference in the lives of the needy. To give the needy the opportunity to create a better life for themselves and their families,” she explains.
She adds that plans to study Biology in Cuba after completing her Gr 12. “I enjoy learning more about the human body and the idea to find a cure for an incurable disease or even discovering a new disease is what motivates me.
She concluded by saying she has chosen to study in Cuba, because of their rich culture and non-profit universities.
