• Mr GVO, Good vibes only. What made you choose radio, or what made you go in this field? Tony GP from Turfloop.

Hi Tony, cool name by the way. What made me choose radio was a love to entertain, however I couldn’t do television because I am actually very insecure about my skin, so I figured I never really had a face for television. I was told I do have a voice for radio, however.

• Where would you choose to live if you were not in South Africa and why? Tsholo from Nobody, Ga-Mothiba.

Assailamu-alykem Tsholo (That means may peace be with you). I would like to live in France, Spain, Italy, or maybe Brazil. I think they are rather richer in culture and have a passion for life.

I’d also like to live in Jamaica and Hawaii for the same reason. I also hear the food is pretty good, I’m not the biggest foodie but I do enjoy good food.

• I’d like to know where you get your inspiration from? Sindiswa from University of Limpopo.

I don’t really try drawing my inspiration from one place in particular. If I was to pick one source in particular I suppose it would have to be my father. My dad somehow manages to balance it all.

• If you were a politician, which party would you support? Maria Seshego Zone 4.

Oh, that’s tricky one Maria. Any party that seeks to advance youth programmes and advocates for peace, equality, justice and prosperity gets my support.

• Are you related to the late Lebo Mathosa? Kingsley from Mmotong wa Perekise.

Hi Kingsley, yes I am, however not directly. She was a very distant relative and I unfortunately never got a chance to meet her, or if I did, I was too young to remember anyway.

• If you decide to leave your job and establish your own business, what type of business will you prefer and why? Justice Ngoepe from Moletjie Motinti.

Hi Justice, I would probably start up my own radio station or maybe, for lack of a better term, create a chill zone.

The reason being I think some people like and want to go out, however they don’t necessarily like the hustle and bustle of a packed club, but want something a little more upbeat than a social market.
