POLOKWANE – Micah is a rapper, poet and author.
The single titled Outta My League, has already been aired on the ChoiceFM Lunchbox show, the GLFM afternoon experience show and Turf Radio on the Morning Riser show.
“It is about a lady who seems to be an angel, but is in all respects totally different in a relationship with her counterpart. She has no respect for him and regards herself as out of his league. This is most evident by her cheating and love for money,” Micah explained.
The single produced by Cokayn beats and mastered by Gene Crossta, was released in September.
Micah, who has a B.Sc honours degree in animal science, is from Tshisahulu outside Thohoyandou in the Vhembe region.
“I was introduced to music by Modziwa Zoe who was then a member of Born Free Entertainment, that’s where we formed a formidable partnership with Pro Heed. Although I was behind the scenes at the time, my talent was doing the talking. I later met a group of artists called Good Music in the Making and we worked on singles and mixtapes, but because I was still behind the scenes the singles with the group were limited,” he concluded.
