4 techniques you can use to help fight stress

As common as stress is, the effects thereof are always unwanted.

The link between chronic stress and a number of disorders, can be severed through a few techniques.

1. Use the thumb on you right hand and apply pressure on the middle of your left palm. Pressing the area for 30 to 60 seconds.

2. Stretch your finger by pulling the fingers together with the opposite hand and vice versa. Release after 5 seconds.

3. Vigorously stroke the inside of your left palm with the right thumb. Do this for 30-60 seconds.

4. Massage the top of your wrist. Do this in a circular motion for 30-60 seconds.

It is advisable to perform these twice a day. As an additional measure; yoga can also be added to these techniques.
