• Largest Boabab tree in SA

If you love nature, then you definitely have to visit Tshipisi, Vendaland to see South Africa’s largest boabab tree, with a diameter of 10,47m.

• Modjadjiskloof

In the relaxed, cosy area at the entrance of the Lowveld is Modjadjiskloof. It is a village with panoramic vistas surrounded by the Wolkberg mountains. Also known as Duiwelskloof, the town’s first name is a mystery.

It is said that years ago a resident called Modjadji had rain-making powers and is labelled as the work of the devil. Visit the EFAF Elephant Training facility at Mooketsi near Modjadjikloof and see for yourself the magic of the African Elephant. • Haenertsburg

“The land of the mist” is a picturesque town in the Magoebaskloof mountains and on the slopes of Wolkberg and Drakensberg. It is a very popular tourist attraction with reason – from gold digging to canopy tours.

Haenertsburg is surrounded with beautiful waterfalls and nature that will startle you. Here you will find inner peace. Haenertsburg’s scenery will truly rejuvenate you!

• Menlyn Mall

This popular mall in Pretoria has just been revamped, and is now Africa’s biggest mall. After a R2,5 billion redevelopment this mall now boasts a total floor space of over 170 000 square metres and 500 stores.

“We’ve put together a fantastic tenant mix that caters to all our shoppers,” says Olive Ndebele, General Manager of Menlyn Park.
