Multitalented artist, K-Slash

Hip-Hop dancer K-Slash, or Godfrey Moloto has added another notch to his belt of talent.

POLOKWANE – He is recording a hip-hop album which he says will be available soon.

“The album, Blessings on Blessings, features tracks such as No more, Greatness, My Number One, Love and Peace and many more,” he tells BONUS. He says he has been hard at work and promises the album will be a big hit. Although he hasn’t decided on a release date, he assures us it will be out soon.

The 25-year-old says his hit single Mfan’a Limpopo is doing exceptionally well and has received a lot of airplay on local radio stations.

He says the support he received is amazing and it motivates him to provide his fans with even more hit songs. “I have always loved music, it moves me,” he explains.

He says he was just waiting for the right time to unleash his musical side and the journey has been great thus far. The musician, born in Flora Park Polokwane, says he ventured into entertainment as a lyrical hip-hop dancer in 2007.

He has performed at several big events in the province such as the Sapa Yopa rally and the Mapungubwe Arts and Culture festival. K-Slash says his goal as an entertainer includes choreographing for top artists and travelling the world to showcase his talent.

Along with being a talented hip-hop artist, he is a motivational speaker who visits schools in Polokwane to address social issues and encourage learners to participate in sports as he says it helps keep them busy after school. He has a dance academy where he offers dance lessons to young and old alike. “I love music as much as dancing. I am very versatile and I am available to perform at any kind of an event, I don’t limit myself and that is why I am so successful.”
