POLOKWANE – The 23-year-old University of Limpopo student from Burgersfort who went missing earlier this month has been found.
Yandisa Mhlwana was reported missing on 1 June after she and her father went to check her school results and performance.
While they were waiting for the offices to open, her father alleged that she vanished.
Yandisa returned home on Sunday.
Her father, Watson, reported that Yandisa returned on her own, and that she is safe.
He said the family was extremely happy that she was back.
“It is an unimaginable happiness that we have our daughter back. She is all right. I do not want to ask her too many questions, we want to take things slowly with her. We are just glad that she is safe,” Watson explained.
