The interior is well designed with quality materials.

IntelliLux LED Matrix headlights is a first-in-class and give you high-beam visibility without disturbing other drivers. Combined with innovative driver assistance systems, the new Astra delivers a safer, stress-free driving experience.
The new Astra features intelligent safety and waning systems such as Opel Eye camera system which includes Traffic Sigh Assistant, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Following Distance Assist and Forward Collision Alert. The Astra further offers keyless entry with Start/Stop (standard on Sport models) and park assist and rear view camera (optional).
With its premium interior design and the new ergonomic seats, the Opel Astra is unique in its class. It is more practical and healthier than ever. The driver and front passenger ergonomic AGR (Aktion Gesunder Rücken) front seats are certified by the German campaign for healthier backs. Drive in luxury and comfort with 4-way lumbar support, seat cushion extension, improved recline function, and higher quality materials for density and durability.
These new Astra features take it into premium class levels. The low tailgate sill makes loading and unloading easy, while the standard 60/40 split provides flexible seat configuration.
The new generation Opel engines deliver ample power for the lightweight Astra. This means a more sporty, smooth and responsive drive that’s also economical. A 110 kW, 1,4 litre engine has a top speed that will get your heart pumping. It is also available in a 77 kW 1,0 litre Turbo ecoFLEX engine, which emits just 102 g/km CO².
The engines are coupled with either manual or automatic transmissions. The lightweight, compact 6-speed manual is perfectly balanced for suburban and highway roads. And the new 6-speed automatic transmission is now more comfortable, reflexive, and fuel-efficient.
