POLOKWANE – Considered by many the number one radio station in the province, Capricorn FM celebrated its eighth birthday in November, a celebration attended by employees, clients and people from neighbouring offices.
“We are the most trusted brand in Limpopo. The number eight means a new beginning according to the Bible. This is a new era we have ventured into and we hope for many more successful years and great support from our listeners and clients” – Tebogo Ramogale, marketing manager of Capricorn FM.
Birthday celebrations in Polokwane this weekend
Ntai Khojane, Capricorn FM managing director, said the birthday celebrations will culminate in a music festival at Waterland on Friday, 4 December.
“We are including our listeners as a way to thank them for their continued support and making this year a great one. We are a station full of love and we share the love with our listeners and customers because without them we would be nothing; thank you,” Khojane said.
The station will have competitions on air with awesome prizes up for grabs. Vodacom is the main sponsor of Capricorn FM.
