LIMPOPO – PEE 85 media productions recently hosted one of the most talked about jazz concerts in Tubatse, Burgersfort. The organiser of the event, Prince Maluleke, managed to lure well-known national artists like Ringo Madlingozi and the award winning group, The Soil.

The concert was organised at Laerskool Burgersfort on May 2 and it was titled Jazz in the Bush. Local artists like Fletcher Mog of Tja Limpopo crew, The Manix, K-Yoz and Kaytzo entertained thousands of music lovers. The dignitaries who attended included the Sekhukhune mayor, David Magabe and several business tycoons from the area. Maluleke said the Jazz in the Bush was the first of many events.

“This was just the start, boredom is over. I will organise other events to bring entertainment, fun and laughter to the locals,” he said. After their performances, Ringo and The Soil applauded the organisers on how well they planned the event. “I loved the set-up, their sound and also the amazing crowd that attended. I can’t wait to perform again in this town,” said Ringo.

The masters of ceremony on the day were Thobela FM’s afternoon show presenter, Skhumbuzo Mbhatha and actress Florence Mokgatsi.
