SESHEGO – IF you think Kwaito music is dead think again. Kwaito music was alive on Sunday when kwaito singer Ishmael Morabe performed his track Roba leteka at Catch Up Zone in Seshego zone 1 during CAN DO Tour.

The entertainment line up, which included 999 artists such as DJ AJ, Ishmael, Mzambiya, Teekay, and other local DJ’s had music lovers on their feet. According to CAN DO marketing manager Ngwazi Lubisi the sole purpose of the tour was to teach people about recycling cans.

“We will host 52 shows nation wide teaching people about CAN DO, meaning people can make a living out of recycling cans. If someone can collect cans and distribute them, they can make a living out of it. After the tour we will be targeting the schools, where we will teaches learners the importance of recycling.”

The tour started on Friday at Mamohuba Jazz Paradise in Turfloop, on Saturday Polokwane Chisa Nyama (Waterland), and ended on Sundayat Seshego zone 1 Catch Up Zone,” said Lubisi.
