Playtime not over at Nguni

Laughter and shrills of excitement will now be familiar sounds at Nguni Grill as the restaurant recently revamped the kiddies' corner.

POLOKWANE – Laughter and shrills of excitement will now be familiar sounds at Nguni Grill as the restaurant recently revamped the kiddies’ corner.

The kiddies’ corner offers activities such as rock climbing, jumping castles and playstations, which promise to add hours of fun while the parents enjoy their meal.

There is also a swing set for those who want to have fun in the sun. For those who fancy themselves as chefs, there is a special area where the little ones can make their own pizzas.

Nguni Grill has now added a climbing worm, which promises to add hours of fun.

The little ones will not be alone when they are at the kiddies’ corner, as there are “guardian angels” to keep an eye on them and guard against any foul play or violence.

Nguni also caters for kiddies parties and serves special meals for children.

Penny Willemse, Nguni Grill owner, says the restaurant can accommodate more than 350 children at once.

“The restaurant can cater for more than 10 kiddies’ parties at once,” she says.

Children under the age of 12 eat free of charge on Tuesday nights and Sunday afternoons.
