I don’t know about you, but I’ve always hated taking family pictures. Everybody dressing alike, having to pose with one hand on your mom’s shoulder, and the stress of knowing that this picture will be on the wall for decades? Please. I will never subject my children to that. Plus, there’s just SO MUCH that can go wrong under these circumstances. Here are a bunch of family photos that started with great intentions but ended in disaster:

“Just gather in front of this sign”
“Everyone jump on three!”
“Naked babies are cute”
“Let’s get pooch in the picture”
“Just the kids in this one”
“The pier will be a great background”
“Let’s just do a silly one”
