POLOKWANE – Pace bowler Don Radebe emerged victorious at the Cricket South Africa (CSA) Awards in Johannesburg on Thursday night by scooping up the Men’s T20 Knockout Player of the Season award.

Radebe was among three Limpopo Impalas nominated in the category alongside Ruan Haasbroek and Daniel van der Merwe.
In announcing his win, CSA said Radebe’s ability to perform in high-stakes situations and drive his team’s success earned his this prestigious recognition, highlighting his pivotal role.
Radebe was the leading bowler of the competition with 30 wickets and was part of the team that made history with the province’s first ever major CSA trophy win.

The Impalas went undefeated in their CSA T20 challenge Division 2 campaign having won all their games comfortably.
During their winning match against the Northern Cape Heat, Radebe cemented his place at the top bowler of the tournament with two wickets for 26 runs in four overs.
He won the Bowler of the Year award at the Limpopo Impala Cricket Awards earlier this year.
