Seshego born coach joins Ghanaian soccer team

Bayano Moloto is expected to guide Real Academicals who are competing in the second division, to the Ghanaian Premier League.

POLOKWANE – Former Polokwane City Football Club coach and Ria Stars defender Bayano Moloto has joined the Real Academicals Soccer Academy in Ghana as head coach.

The Seshego born mentor is expected to guide Real Academicals who are competing in the second division, to the Ghanaian Premier League.

Before moving to Ghana, Moloto was the assistant coach of Kwanelo Kopo at Pretoria Callies Football Club.

He also coached schools in Seshego and developed players from the area who are plying their trade at some of the Premier Soccer League teams in the country.

β€œIt is a privilege to work with a soccer team like Real Academicals. I am also thankful to the chairman and the board of directors for having faith in me. I will make good use of the opportunity.”

Moloto thanked the chairperson of Polokwane City Football and Pretoria Callies for giving him the platform to coach at top level.

β€œI want to thank Johnny Mogaladi and Moses Malada who gave me this platform. The coaches I worked with prepared me to be such kind of a coach – the likes of Boebie Solomons, Bernard Molekwa, Jozef Vukusic, Clinton Larsen, Kwanele Kopo, Innocent Mayoyo, Johnny Ferreira and MacDonald Makhubedu,” he concluded.
