Rugby tots unleash talent and eagerness

Toddlers learnt fundamental rugby skills including running, passing and kicking from a penalty spot at a recent Rugbytots day at BodyLife.

POLOKWANE – Children in Polokwane aged between two and seven years old discovered their rugby talent at the Discover Rugbytots day held at Body Life in Flora Park on October 8.

Together with their parents, the toddlers showed an eagerness to play and unleash their rugby talent.

The organiser of the event, Wynand Kleingeld said with the initiative they wanted to prepare the toddlers for bulletjie rugby.

“The day formed part of our dynamic weekly play sessions enabling boys and girls to develop their social and physical skills in a conducive environment. We want them to be fully aware of what is happening in those rugby games when they reach that phase.”
