Yin Yang karatekas excel

Karatekas from the Yin Yang Karate and Self Defense Studio participated in a local karate grading in Polokwane from January 21 to February 4.

POLOKWANE – The karatekas impressed the judges with their improved karate techniques and deeper knowledge of the three elements of kihon, kata and kumite.

Annatjie de Jager, sensei at the studio, said she was happy with the effort put in by the karatekas and their general performance at the grading. “All the karatekas did well. They spent months and long hours training hard and preparing for the event and it was good to see their hard work being rewarded.”
