POLOKWANE – The u/19 team selected to represent the province at the Junior Inter-Provincial golf tournament, from December 18-22 in Kimberley, received golf kits consisting a complete bag with clubs and a uniform from Limpopo Golf Union.
This was done in conjunction with Jaco Kotzé who will be serving as the squad’s manager as they embark on their golf journey to win the tournament.
The handover took place at the Polokwane Golf Club on November 27 and the team now brags with a proper kit.
JP Ellis from Limpopo Golf Union wished the team good luck and he believes that they have the potential to win the tournament. “We believe in them, we are extremely proud of them and wish them all the best,” he said.
Captain of the team, Declan Brews, said that the kit is great and they are looking forward to represent the province. “It’s going to be great fun,” he said.
