POLOKWANE – Going to the gym, walking the dog or jogging around the block has been prohibited during the 21-day national lockdown. With this in mind, Review spoke to various sportspeople from the city to ask them for tips to stay active during this period.
Henry Eksteen, a karate trainer, advises going outside and doing something simple such as playing with your dog. “This will help you get in some fresh air as well as stay active as you wrestle or run with your dog in the backyard.”
