Qualify for the Comrades/ Two Oceans marathons
The Polokwane Marathon Comrades and Two Oceans qualifier takes place on Saturday, 15 February at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
POLOKWANE – Cost: • 5 km: R50.• 10 km: R80.• 21 km: R120.• 42,2 km: R200.
Temporary Licences cost R30.
Starting times for the 21 and 42,2 km are at 06:00 and 06:10 for the 5 and 10 km. Pre-registration takes place on 3 February at Toshiba Limpopo, 91 Schoeman Street. Online registrations open on 28 January at https://entries.timeme.co.za.
Final registration takes place on 14 February from 10:00 to 19:00 and 15 February from 04:00 to 05:45 at the Polokwane ticket booth at the stadium. The prize-giving is at 10:00 for the 10 and 21 km and at 11:00 for the 42,2 km. Cut of times for medals for the 10 km is 01:30, 21 km is 03:00 and 42,2 km is 05:50.
