Medals aplenty for Eksteen’s fighters
Karateka's from the Eksteen Ryu Bushido Freestyle Karate Do and MMA Institute in the city recently took part in the Gauteng All Styles Dennis Pandaram Martial Arts Invitational Challenge.
POLOKWANE – Karatekas from the Eksteen Ryu Bushido Freestyle Karate Do and MMA Institute in the city recently took part in the Gauteng All Styles Dennis Pandaram Martial Arts Invitational Challenge. Henri Eksteen said his karatekas proved that the organisation is still very competitive after they took a break from competing in competitions outside of the province. Eksteen sent eight warriors to the competition and the kept Limpopo’s name in high regard as they achieved good results.
Results:
• Mundus Uys received a bronze medal.
• Letladi Makgoba received two silver medals.
• Mpho Chokolo received two bronze medals.
• Ayo Manganyi received two gold medals.
• Katlego Mongoai received two silver medals.
• Ofentse Ledwaba received two silver medals.
• Sebego Mashego received a silver medal.
• Makhudu Mokobane received two bronze medals.
