Daniel is revved up and raring to go
Owning their own motorbike or a car is the dream of most young boys. Seven-year-old Daniel Stoltz has made his dream a reality by not only owning his own bike but by competing with the big boys on the motocross track.
POLOKWANE – Review caught up with Daniel on Saturday during the Inter Provincial MX Series Motocross competition.
“My first bike was a Pee Wee 50 bike but I now ride a KTM50. Even though my dad does not ride motocross, it is in the family and I’ve been riding since I was four,” he says.
Daniel says he loves absolutely everything about riding even though he is full of dust at the end of the day.
“I cannot pinpoint one thing I enjoy the most about this sport because I enjoy every moment I have on the bike.”
He adds that the most challenging part of the sport is to stay on top of the bike.
“I have fallen many times in the past, but I always get back upon again.”
