POLOKWANE – Gamers from Polokwane and surrounding areas were eager to show off their skill and joined the competition which was held on Friday, 20 July and Saturday, 21 July at the school.
They came prepared and worked hard towards earning their Limpopo colours at the championships.
“Everyone played well and were mostly satisfied with the results.
Challenges included in this championship ranged from console gaming, board games, figure gaming and ESports (consoles and PC games). We had a few outstanding players from Polokwane who qualified for the Limpopo Provincial Championships which will be hosted in September here at Tom Naudé. During that competition they will be playing for their provincial colours,” explained Petrus Maartens, Limpopo Regional Director MSSA and Fragcon Gaming Chairperson.
