Seeff 3-in-1 race set to thrill runners
Long distance athletes can look forward to the first road race of the year in the city.
POLOKWANE – Long distance athletes can look forward to the first road race of the year in the city.
The Seeff 3-in-1 race has traditionally become the first road race in Polokwane for the year. It is organised by the Polokwane Athletics Club and is set to take place on Saturday, 20 January.
This race, being held for the ninth time this year, gained two additional sponsors for this year in the form MGM Jaguar and Henstock van den Heever Attorneys.
The race will, like last year, start and finish at the Thornhill Centre in Munnik Avenue.

According to Polokwane Athletics Club secretary, Carin Smit, this year will also be the third year the 21 km distance will be included.
Aside from the 21 km, people can also take on the less daunting 10 km or 5 km runs or just enjoy the day with friends and family while supporting the athletes.
