The Polokwane Golf Club was a hub of activity over the weekend when they hosted the Panasonic Betterball Golf Day on Friday, 15 December and the Club Day on Saturday, 16 December.

POLOKWANE – Zac Meyer and Patrick Cahill were crowned the winners of the Panasonic match, accumulating 52 points. Morgan Mayoss and Stephan Swanepoel claimed the second place title with 46 points.
Wimpie Knoesen played closest to the pin at the 11th hole and Dawie Groenewald at the 18th hole.
The prizes for the longest drive went to Johan Bekker at the 13th hole and Charles Olivier at the seventh hole.

Altogether 69 golfers took to the greens for the Club Day, competing in an individual stableford format.
Chris Binneman took the win with 40 points, Malebane Pataki in second place with 37 points on a count-in and Mpho Makhado in third place with 37 points on a count-out.
