JAMA junior ballerinas make it through to finals

Five junior ballerinas tutored by Jack Mawasha, founder and owner of Jama Dance Studio, have made it through to the Solo Dance Championships, Ballet section finals.

Hlami Khoza, Bophelo Moremi, Relebogile Moremi, Atlegile Moeng and Lethabo Mabunda.

POLOKWANE – The girls recently took part in the dance championship which is currently being hosted by Pietersburg Hoërskool until 7 October 2017.

Mawasha said it was a nerve-wracking experience for the young girls as this was their first time competing. “All the girls got good positions and are working hard to be fully prepared for their next competition.”

He concluded by saying he including the parents of the young dancers of very proud “we are very proud of our young dancers.”
