Review asked a few of these early birds why they prefer working out in the morning

POLOKWANE – While most of us cherish that half an hour before our alarms go off in the morning, there are a few brave souls who have no problem getting up at the crack of dawn and hitting the gym.

Review recently visited Body Life clubs in the city to ask these early birds why they prefer working out in the morning.
