How to deadlift: proper form and technique without injuring your back

The next few weeks Body Life trainer, Heinrich Wolhüter will be doing something different by giving you tips on how to do basic exercises you might have been struggling with in the gym.

In this video, Heinrich will be explaining how to do a proper deadlift with the proper form. Personal trainer Petrich Brits will demonstrate a deadlift, one of the most important exercises you can do for your lower back says Wollies.
