POLOKWANE – According to Akademia Reformia Principal, Hennie Combrink, this is an annual event that serves as fundraiser for the school.
“The competition kicked off at 14:00 and only ended around 22:00. It was well attended with 21 teams competing,” says Combrink.
He says the spinning competition went very well and they managed to raise R40 000. Team All for Life was announced as the overall winner with team BMW and BB Group claiming second and third positions respectively.
Combrink says: “Teams enjoy this competition and this motivated us to host it annually.
“We would like to thank all the teams for supporting Akademia Reformia’s annual spinning competition and making it a success. We all had a good time and we believe people will continue taking part in various sport activities to stay healthy and fit.”
