POLOKWANE – A total of 76 golfers joined for a round of golf at the Spec-Savers Individual Stableford Golf Challenge at the Polokwane Golf Club on Saturday.

The day promised to be a belter. The jackpot was drawn by Belinda Schutte with no winner yet and the jackpot standing at R7 190 at a payable total of R5 752.

The nearest to the pin on hole eight was by Lennie Olley and on hole 16 by Nic Notley.

The winners of the day are: Andries du Plessis in first place with a total of 41 points, Belinda Schutte in second place on a count-in with a total of 39 points and Ernest Ives in third place on a count-out with a total of 39 points.
