POLOKWANE – Polokwane Oval’s Winter Trophy race is steadily gaining popularity, with drivers from Pretoria, Vereeniging and Brakpan forming part of the race on Saturday.
Nail-biting racing was the order of the day as the racers gave spectators a memorable race.
Polokwane Oval stockrods racers, Willie Blignaut and Joseph Bothma took the first two overall places on the podium in this class, while Kabous Venter from Klerksdorp took third place.
The next race is the Polokwane Oval club championships on August 1.
