The Sanlam Cancer Golf Challenge was held at the Polokwane Golf Club last Saturday, where 102 golfers competed.

POLOKWANE – The Sanlam Cancer Golf Challenge was held at the Polokwane Golf Club last Saturday, where 102 golfers competed.
The golf challenge on the day was played in an individual stableford format.
The jackpot was drawn by Vincent Olley at holes eight, 10, 15 and 18 with no winners.
The prize was a payable total of R760.

• Men’s A division (0-9):
1. Morné Myburgh with a score of 41 points.
2. Edwin Mackays with a score of 38 points.
3. Devaux van der Watt with a score of 37 points.
• Men’s B division(10-18):
1. Douggie Eager with a score of 42 points.
2. Charles Mdluli with a score of 39 points.
3. Les Cook with a score of 38 points on a count in.
• Men’s C division (19-30max):
1. Carel de Jager with a score of 34 points.
2. Khalid Tayob with a score of 32 points.
3. Richard Phala with a score of 30 points .
• Women’s A division (0-16):
1. Desi Earle with a score of 36 points.
2. Lynn-Marie Combrink with a score of 34 points.
3. Luanie van Rooyen with a score of 28 points.
• Women’s B division (17-24):
1. Lynette Smith with a score of 36 points.
2. Liz Southon with a score of 25 points.
3. Koeksie Eager with score of 20 points.
• Women’s C division (25-36):
1. Cathy Kamstra with a score of 37 points.
2. Cynthia Viljoen with a score of 32 points.
3. Anna Mashigo with a score of 25 points.
