POLOKWANE – Lynx Arm Wrestling Limpopo recently located to new premises in Dap Naude Street.
The club now also boasts a sports centre, which caters for crossfit and a boot camp training centre – B Unique.
According to owners Danie and Liana Fourie the crossfit training centre is focused on specialised individual training.
“Liana is a qualified personal trainer and an expert in military boot camp training,” Danie reiterated.
“We are already training the first netball and rugby teams of Tom Naudé Technical High School, getting them fit for the league season ahead,” Danie added.
The crossfit training centre is open weekdays in the morning from 05:00 to 06:00 and open in the evenings on Tuesday and Thursday from 18:00 to 19:00.
The Arm Wrestling Club is open on Monday evenings from 18:00 to 19:00.
