Cricketers say thank you with dinner
The Limpopo South African Police Service (SAPS) cricket team will compete in the national T20 championships in North West later this month, and they thanked their sponsors with a dinner at Adega Restaurant on Saturday evening.
POLOKWANE – The Limpopo South African Police Service (SAPS) cricket team will compete in the national T20 championships in North West later this month, and they thanked their sponsors with a dinner at Adega Restaurant on Saturday evening.
SAPS will pay for the players’ accommodation and food for the tournament, but the team had to find sponsors for their clothing and kit.
The sponsors were:
• Imperial Commercial, sports bags and shirts.
• Remax Northland, formal pants and four sports pants in which the team will play.
• Sea West, windbreaker jackets.
• Discovery Consulting, golf T-shirts, water bottles and caps.
• Anderson and Associates, caps.
• Kabane Strategic Marketing, branded clothing.
“Thank you very much to all our sponsors. We really appreciate your support,” said the team.
