6 local players for Lim hockey teams

MOKOPANE – “I am very proud to announce that the u/13 Limpopo girls and boys hockey teams are represented by six talented players from Mokopane,” said William Khumalo, team manager.
The three girls representing the u/13 girls team are all from Laerskool Krugerpark, Soné Kapp, Erna Kruger and Lachelle de Beer while the boys are from Sunrise Superkids Primary School, Noah Mokonyane, Glen Monama and Modipa Mashala.
Khumalo and the coach, Kubiku Kozana are very proud of the teams, their achievements up to date and their hard work. They thanked Bafana cash loans, Discount spares by TJ, Nesta food, EH Hassim the teachers and learners for their support and kind donations. They also thank the Engen garage in Thabo Mbeki Street for providing them with secure parking space for their vehicles while they were on tour in Queens last weekend.
“The u/13 boys hockey team was awarded with gold medals as well as brand new hats last weekend at the hockey tournament in Queens and the girls also did extremely well.
I am looking forward to the provincial champions tournament in Witbank from July 9 to 13,” said Khumalo.
