Golfers enjoy some rounds

Seasoned local female golfer, Belinda Schutte was announced as the winner of Polokwane Golf Club's club day played in an individual format last Saturday.

Schutte, who is regarded as one of the most consistent performers at the club, amassed 43 points to stay ahead of the pack.

She was followed by Joe Legora who accumulated 40 points to stay in the second position while Ben Bronkhorst took the third position with 40 points.

Last Wednesday, the club hosted the Review Golf Challenge and Jurie Meyer beat his troops to win the event with 43 points. The club announced that they will have a monthly medal event on Saturday.
